Where it goes
When you submit the form, the details are delivered to our team in two places: by email to our office inbox, and as a message in our internal staff chat so whoever is available can pick it up quickly. Both are private and limited to Traverse Hospitality staff. We use third-party providers to deliver that email and chat message, and our website is hosted by Vercel — each processes the information only to provide the service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests while we are dealing with your enquiry and for as long afterwards as we need for our business records. If you would like us to delete your details, ask and we will.
